- The two runoff candidates for Texas House District 49, which includes a portion of southwest Austin but not our two precincts: (1) Montserrat Garibay, former teacher, union official, and assistant deputy secretary of education under President Biden; and 2) Kathie Tovo, former member of the Austin City Council, mayor pro tem, and UT lecturer
- The two runoff candidates for the State Board of Education, District 5: (1) Stephanie Limon Bazan, who has been a professor at St. Ed’s and a nonprofit leader; and (2) Alison Bush, who has been a teacher, administrator, and nonprofit leader.
- Holly Taylor, the Democratic nominee for the Court of Criminal Appeals, Place 9 (this court is at the same level as the Texas Supreme Court)
- Darlene Byrne, the Democratic nominee running for re-election as Chief Justice of the Third Court of Appeals
